Tim Hutchinson
Associate
Tim is an associate with ILC-Canada, specializing in LGBTQ+ policy and programs. He has a strong foundation in complex systems thinking and holds master’s-level education in Social Work and Public Administration. Tim brings extensive experience in program development and policy across the health, long-term care, social services, and government sectors. For more than 30 years, he has been actively involved in community development, advocacy, and volunteer work. His contributions include co-chairing a Regional Task Force on Elder Abuse and serving in various board roles with organizations such as Ottawa Public Health, the South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre, the Alzheimer Society, Pink Triangle Services, Psycho-Geriatric Community Services and Palliative Care Association of Ottawa.Tim is an active contributor to the Ottawa Senior Pride Network (OSPN) and EGALE Canada’s National Seniors Advisory Council. He is also the co-founder of The Ottawa Hospital’s Rainbow Patient and Family Advisory Council and a former co-chair of the Client Partner Table of the Ottawa Health Team.
